We refer to this information as “Reminder Information”.

From time to time we may also purchase Marketing Data and/or Lists which may contain your Personal Information (not credit or debit card details), for use in targeted Marketing Campaigns.

When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, Seller Registration Information and Reminder Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). If you have ordered with one of our sellers, then we will pass on details of your order to our sellers (but not your payment details), so they can supply your chosen goods and services. Both ourselves (GGI) and our sellers may use third parties to process and deliver your orders to you.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store and other App companies to power certain functions on the Site. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not store or process your personal data and card details ourselves, they are processed and stored via one of our third-party service providers.

We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

STORING YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

If you have asked us to store your credit or debit card details, then they will automatically appear when you go to check out. For added security of your details we also:

hide some of your card details on the checkout page. Only the last four digits of your credit or debit card number, and your address will be visible to you on the Checkout page. Of course, we use all of your credit or debit card information to process your order but we do not display this information on the Checkout age in order to ensure that no-one can accidentally see it.
You will be sent a 6 digit authorisation code to input at check out for additional security

OUR SELLERS’ PRIVACY POLICIES

If any of our Sellers collect or keep any of your data, they must provide you with their privacy policy.

We are not responsible and do not warrant or guarantee that the privacy policies, of our sellers or other companies that we may pass your personal information to comply with data protection legislation.

We are not responsible for any damages which you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information. You should review our sellers’ privacy policy directly with them.
